NODAL AI is an information and analysis tool. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.

Trading is high-risk

Cryptocurrency and derivatives trading carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Markets are volatile and can move against you faster than you can react. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

No guarantees

• Past performance — including any track record, win rate, or back-test shown on NODAL — does not guarantee future results.
• Every signal, score and confidence level is a model output, not a promise. We show calibration and drawdowns precisely so you can judge them for yourself.
• Data is sourced from third parties (e.g. exchanges, on-chain providers). It can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Where we detect that, we flag it — but we cannot catch everything.

Your decisions are your own

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Do your own research. NODAL AI, its founders and operators accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform or reliance on its content.

The automated “trading desk” shown on NODAL trades a small account for transparency and research. It is a public demonstration of method, not a managed product, and is not an offer to manage your funds.

Privacy Policy

We keep this short because we collect little. NODAL AI (“we”, “us”) operates nodalscan.com.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and an authentication record, to create and secure your account.
• Billing data: if you subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — only a customer reference and your plan status.
• Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting analytics (pages viewed, device type) to improve the product. No selling, ever.

How it’s handled

• Infrastructure runs on Supabase (auth + database) and Cloudflare (hosting + edge). AI features use Anthropic.
• We use cookies/local storage only for sign-in, your session and preferences — not for cross-site ad tracking.
• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@nodalscan.com. We’ll honor reasonable requests promptly.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using NODAL AI, you agree to these terms and to the Risk Disclaimer above. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

2. The service & beta status

NODAL AI is currently in open beta and is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.

3. Your account

• You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
• You must be of legal age and permitted to use such a service in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t scrape, resell, reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the platform or its data, and don’t use it for anything unlawful. We apply rate limits and may suspend accounts that do.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, its synthesis engine, designs and content are owned by NODAL AI. Underlying market data belongs to its respective providers.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NODAL AI is not liable for any trading losses or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. See the Risk Disclaimer.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
